Description

This small portal from 2017 was captured by chance and had only been visible for somewhere around 4 minutes before it disappeared.
Usually the rings are more pronounced when viewed straight on...but in the oblique they could easily go unnoticed if one was not looking in that direction.
There have also been rumors that there may be many additional less powerful portals without the bright rings. This would mean the objects would be nearly imperceptible beyond the typical visible shimmer.
