Artist's Description

This 1964 Cobra Daytona Coupe is one of six that were built and it happens to be the one with the most wins to it's credit. In fact, driven by Bob Bondurant and Dan Gurney at the 1964 24hrs of Le Mans she finished first in the GT Class and 4th overall, which was her first race.
Captured at the 2016 Art of the Car Concours at the Kansas City Art Institute.
The orange building in the background is actually in Cottonwood Falls, Kansas...and it was originally a BSA/Triumph/Indian motorcycle dealership.
