Description
This is a real deal Hot Rod race car that was built in 1957. It is a 1927 Ford Model-T body on a 1930 Ford Model-A frame named the Kansas Tornado. This beauty is happily receiving attention in a Kansas Hot Rod shop. The original owner has passed a while back, but the new owner (and owner of this shop) is a very enthusiastic (and young) racer, mechanic, craftsman who not only loves and builds vintage Hot Rods but also drives and races them. His shop is full of rare intakes and motors, Bonneville posters, black and white photos of his father and grandfather with race cars and WWII bombers, tools and a very large blood hound. Not only cars, but motorcycles and go-carts litter the shop floor, and the incredibly cordial owner is even further restoring this shop by prepping some old gas pumps and signage for the front lot.

Great capture and fun description. I really enjoy this photo. There's so much to see, yet it so well composed ...l/f

Yes...there is tons of stuff to look at. With the limited space and quantity of eye candy it is all you can do to point in the general direction and shoot. You will have to get back over there and check it out yourself.
